Кальцификация сосудов и почек как следствие приема высокодозированных препаратов кальция и витамина D

В перечне антиостеопоротических средств важное место отводится кальцийсодержащим препаратам. Их потребление, зачастую в комплексе
с высокими дозами витамина D, за последние пару десятилетий значительно возросло. Участились случаи бесконтрольного приема макроэлемента. Свою роль в этом сыграла и агрессивная реклама высокодозированных добавок кальция с кальциферолом зарубежного производства по телевидению. В наши дни врачам разных специальностей все чаще приходится сталкиваться с последствиями применения подобных препаратов. В статье описан механизм образования кальциевых отложений в сосудах и почках на фоне приема добавок кальция. Приведены результаты крупномасштабных исследований, доказывающих тесную взаимосвязь между высоким потреблением кальция и витамина D с кальцификацией сосудов, развитием сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и нефролитиазом. Высказываются сомнения по поводу обоснованности и необходимости применения высокодозированных кальциевых добавок в лечении заболеваний скелета. Представлены возможности успешной терапии постменопаузального остеопороза без использования таких средств на примере препарата Остео-Вит D3, не содержащего в своем составе кальций и высокие дозы кальциферола, но повышающего минеральную плотность костной ткани
и уменьшающего объемы кальцификатов в сосудах и почках.
