ЧАСТОТА ВЫЯВЛЕНИЯ И ВАРИАНТЫ МОНОКЛОНАЛЬНОЙ ГАММАПАТИИ У БОЛЬНЫХ МНОГОПРОФИЛЬНОГО ТЕРАПЕВТИЧЕСКОГО СТАЦИОНАРА

Олигосекреторная моноклональная гаммапатия (МГ) – результат гиперпродукции 1 малого пролиферирующего клона клеток. Через разные сроки она может трансформироваться в overt-секретирующие гематологические опухоли, а также быть причиной развития поражения неопухолевой природы органов и тканей, в том числе – почек. Изучены частота, выраженность и спектр МГ у больных разных отделений многопрофильного терапевтического стационара. Дана нозологическая характеристика заболеваний, ассоциированных с МГ неопределенного значения (Monoclonal Gammopathy of Undetermined Significance – MGUS). Особое внимание уделено заболеваниям почек, в том числе иммуновоспалительной природы, связь которых с MGUS наименее изучена.
