Глазное дно – доступный для оценки орган-мишень артериальной гипертензии. Наблюдаемые у пациентов с гипертонической болезнью ретинальные изменения находятся во взаимосвязи с факторами кардиоваскулярного риска и ассоциированы с поражением других органов-мишеней. Гипертоническая ангиопатия сетчатки имеет определенное прогностическое значение.
