Выявление патологии волос аутодеструктивного спектра часто вызывает сложности у специалистов. Приведены ключевые опорные клинические, дерматоскопические диагностические признаки и описаны 3 неклассических клинических случая аутодеструктивной патологии волос, включая редкий вариант – трихотейроманию.
