Представлены данные изучения эффективности лака для ногтей (5% аморолфин – Экзоролфинлак) в лечении и профилактике онихомикоза. Представлен алгоритм выбора наружного препарата с учетом этиологии и клинических особенностей онихомикоза. Важное преимущество Экзоролфинлака – возможность его использования для первичной и вторичной профилактики онихомикоза.
