Приведены данные о риске развития когнитивного дефицита у пациентов старших возрастных групп с ишемической болезнью сердца после аортокоронарного шунтирования. Представлены результаты последних исследований о биомаркерах когнитивных нарушений и инновационных разработках путей коррекции когнитивного дефицита у таких пациентов.
