При состояниях, сопровождающихся изменением объема циркулирующей жидкости (натрийзависимая гипертензия, преэклампсия), повышается концентрация в плазме крови одного из ключевых эндогенных дигиталисоподобных факторов – маринобуфагенина. В клинических исследованиях изучается эффективность применения антител к дигиталисоподобным веществам в лечении преэклампсии.
