УПРАВЛЯЕМАЯ ГИПОТЕНЗИЯ В АНЕСТЕЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКОМ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИИ ЛОР-ОПЕРАЦИЙ У ДЕТЕЙ

Оториноларингологическая патология детского возраста занимает одно из ведущих мест в структуре заболеваемости. При ряде заболеваний ЛОР-органов требуется оперативное лечение. Одна из первостепенных задач оператора в ЛОР-хирургии детского возраста – обеспечение надежного гемостаза и снижение кровоточивости операционного поля. При операциях с использованием эндоскопического или микроскопического оборудования имеет значение капиллярное кровотечение. Снижение кровоточивости мелких сосудов может быть достигнуто инфильтрационной анестезией с добавлением вазоконстрикторов и управляемой артериальной гипотензией.
