АГЛЮТЕНОВАЯ ДИЕТА В КОМПЛЕКСНОМ ЛЕЧЕНИИ РУБЦОВОГО СТЕНОЗА ГОРТАНИ

В представленном клиническом наблюдении у пациентки с рубцовопаралитическим стенозом гортани и трахеостомой неоднократные хирургические вмешательства на гортани не привели к стойкому результату из-за возобновления рубцевания. В связи с выявленной чувствительностью к глютену рекомендована аглютеновая диета. В результате уменьшились проявления фаринголарингеального рефлюкса, что позволило после рассечения рубца гортани сохранить стойкий просвет голосовой щели.
