Показано, что комбинация тримебутин + Закофальк превзошла по эффективности комбинацию тримебутин + лактобактерин при сравнении показателей выраженности болевого синдрома (р=0,04) и интенсивности болевых ощущений (р=0,042). Комбинация тримебутин + Закофальк представляет собой эффективное средство терапевтической коррекции абдоминальной боли у пациентов с синдромом раздраженного кишечника.
