В последнее время все большее внимание привлекают к себе возможности внутрибрюшной химиотерапии. Применение подкожных портсистем для внутрибрюшного введения химиопрепаратов эффективно как при комплексной терапии злокачественных опухолей желудка, так и в качестве метода паллиативного лечения пациентов с нерезектабельными формами рака желудка. Описан собственный опыт использования полностью имплантируемых подкожных порт-систем с катетером в брюшной полости для проведения комбинированной химиотерапии при распространенном раке желудка. Подробно описаны установка системы и ее обслуживание, приведены возможные осложнения в процессе ее эксплуатации и методы их профилактики, а также дана оценка отдаленных результатов лечения.
