The given case illustrates the diverse clinical features of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) (Crohn’s disease), such as damages to the joints, skin and mucous membranes, and liver, and addition of polyserositis. The paper discusses various systemic manifestations of IBD, as well as the need for physicians of different specialties to include this disease in a series of differential diagnosis.
