The paper presents a classification of vertigo and discusses clinical methods for the diagnosis of peripheral vestibulopathies, for the differential diagnosis of systemic vertigo according to various anamnestic and clinical data, as well as the main issues of patient management. It shows the clinical efficacy of Vertigoheel, which has been proven not only by numerous scientific research, but also by the authors’ own clinical examples.
