The paper considers the possibilities of using generic counterparts of their brand-name drugs in outpatients who have experienced myocardial infarction. Assessing the relationship between higher mental functions and blood pressure (BP), it is necessary to recognize the need for a rational approach to a stepwise BP reduction.
