Objectives. Estimate the likelihood of developing gestational complications in pregnant women with vomiting of pregnancy (NVP) and hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), as well as the efficiency of the metabolic therapy (cocarboxylase hydrochloride 0.025 g, riboflavin 0.002 g, α-lipoic acid 0.0012 g) in correcting these complications.
