The article presents the review of modern new biomarkers of aging. We have given the promising capabilities of biomolecular medicine in the early diagnosis of cognitive disorders. We presents the data on this new marker as an unconjugated bilirubin, end products of glycation, metalloprotein, DNA methylation, microRNA.
