Topical application of ibuprofen gel (Dolgit®) provides the optimal drug concentration in the underlying tissues in the immediate vicinity of the pathological focus, in injuries of the locomotor system, such as bruises and lumbosacral sprains, and in the postoperative period in patients with bone and joint diseases.
