E-mail: nimcgerontologija@mail.ru The specific features of cardiac rhythm and conduction disturbances were identified in people from old age groups. The main areas of antiarrhythmic therapy for these conditions in elderly patients and a risk of adding some antiarrhythmic drugs were considered.
