The efficacy and safety of the multicomponent complex Nefradoz that was used to treat patients with nephrolithiasis after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy and as a drug of lithokinetic therapy in patients with a stone in the lower third of the ureter were investigated. The treatment of 75 patients with nephrolithiasis was analyzed. Incorporation of nefradoz into a complex of treatment for patients with nephrolithiasis enhances the efficiency of lithokinetic therapy and favors the more favorable course in the postoperative period after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy.
