The paper gives an update on drug-induced liver injury and particularly drug-induced hepatitis in pregnant women, as well as a number of the author’s clinical observations. It describes the risk factors, main mechanisms, and clinical types of drug-induced liver injuries, as well as the principles of their diagnosis and treatment in pregnant women.
