ADIPOKINES AND HORMONALLY METABOLIC INDICATORS IN PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS AND ASTHMA

Women with type 2 diabetes mellitus, asthma, and their concurrence were found to have hyperleptinemia, hyperresistenemia, a trend for decreased adiponectin levels in the presence of subclinical inflammation, and obvious insulin resistance with compensatory hyperinsulinemia and atherogenic dyslipidemia.
