EVALUATION OF THE USE OF GALAVIT IN THE COMBINATION TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH NONRHEUMATIC MYOCARDITIS

Sixty-seven patients with nonrheumatic myocarditis (NRM) were examined to evaluate the efficiency of a cycle of combination therapy with Galavit. Thirty-two patients received Galavit (5 intramuscular injections and 10 suppositories for one month according the scheme) in addition to basic therapy. The use of Galavit in the combination therapy in patients with NRM was ascertained to promote elimination of myocardial inflammatory processes, improvement of intracardiac hemodynamic parameters, and stabilization of the general clinical status and immunological parameters.
