Recurrent miscarriage is a worldwide problem that has many causes: genetic, anatomic, endocrine, autoimmune, etc.; histopathological study of uterine aspiration after abortion can narrow the range. Identification of a dominant cause makes it possible to choose an individual treatment option and to improve perinatal outcomes.
